BANBURY's oldest man hit with an Anti-Social Behaviour Order (Asbo) has been jailed after breaking the terms of the order for the seventh time.
Samuel Young, 70, was banned in 2005 from drinking alcohol in public and from entering Banbury town centre. He was also barred from People's Park unless on the way to an appointment.
Young, of Marlowe Close, appeared at Banbury Magistrates' Court on Monday where he admitted breaching his Asbo conditions.
He was sentenced to one week in prison. It is the fourth time he had been jailed for Asbo violations.
