With today's go faster' culture, finding the time to shop for homewares can often fall to the bottom of our to-do lists. With the homeware market taking up more space in the aisles, shoppers are spoilt for choice with cheap chic products in the supermarkets.

Now you can hunt for food - and stylish buys - whizzing around your local store with a shopping trolley. Non-food items is such a growth area for supermarkets, sales have jumped 94 per cent over the past five years, easily outstripping the 11 per cent growth seen in the overall market.

TESCO 8Supermarket giant Tesco recently announced profits of more than £2.5bn - and also unveiled plans to expand its non-grocery lines. Tesco's non-food arm is booming, with sales of DVDs, clothing and household items up almost 12 per cent. So what stylish goodies does the supermarket have to offer?

As well as furniture pieces for the home, Tesco has a great selection of accessories. Vases (left) start from just £3.96, including a striking tall white vase with cut-out print, £7.96, and tubular crackle effect vase, £4.96.
