POLICE today released CCTV footage of two people they want to speak to in connection with the theft of thousands of pounds worth of jewellery in Wallingford..
A man and a woman entered M.G.J. Jewellers in St Martins Street and asked to see a selection of bracelets.
They distracted the shop assistant by asking him to weigh another bracelet and the man slipped a diamond encrusted bracelet worth £4,500 into his pocket and the pair quickly left.
The incident happened at about 11.40am on March 8.
PC Krista Thompson, investigating the case, said: "We are keen to trace these people and ask that you take a good look to see if you recognise them."
