IT will be back to the 1950s when the C'mon Everybody roadshow rocks and rolls into The Mill Theatre, Banbury, tomorrow..
The show is a tribute to the performers from the late 50s who layed the foundations of rock 'n' roll as an inspirational force for future generations.
Devised and produced by guitarist Chris 'The Fenderman' Black, whose long career reads like a who's who list of famous rock 'n' roll stars, the show will include sound and visual replications of stars such as Eddie Cochran, Chuck Berry, Jerry Lee Lewis, Connie Francis, Brenda Lee and Duane Eddy and includes such timeless classics as C'mon Everybody, Lipstick On Your Collar, Sweet Nothins, Three Steps To Heaven, Shake Rattle And Roll, Speak To Me Pretty, Peggy Sue, Great Balls Of Fire, Sweet Little 16, No Particular Place To Go, Stupid Cupid, Hit The Road Jack, Summertime Blues, and Rock Around The Clock.
Black will be accompanied by his ten-piece showband with great costume changes and soundalike/look-alikes.
The performance starts at 8pm. For ticket information contact the box office on 01295 252050.
