DOUGLAS Alexander, Secretary of State for Transport, will visit the Oxford Bus Company depot in Watlington Road, Oxford, today to see the work the company is doing to combat pollution.
The company recently became the first operator in Britain to introduce EuroV buses and coaches, the highest environmental standard.
The firm also won a prestigious Bus Award for its environmental measures last year and operates the greenest bus fleet in the country.
