St Thomas More took the top honours at the Hartwell Ford Kidlington Kwik Cricket Festival at Stratfield Brake.
They triumphed in the mixed competition and now go on to represent Kidlington in the district finals, which are due to be played on Tuesday.
West Kidlington enjoyed a thrilling win over Edward Feildok in the boys' competition.
Chasing Edward Feild's score of 41, West Kidlington still needed 13 off the last 12 balls with their final pair at the crease.
But they kept their nerve to score 20 runs without losing a wicket to take victory.
North Kidlington retained the girls' trophy with an exciting six-run win over West Kidlington.
Langford Village School won the inaugural Kwik Cricket Festival for The Cooper Family of Primary Schools at Bicester & North Oxford CC.
Seven schools took part, and Langford defeated Launton in the final.
