A MAN has been charged in connection with an armed robbery in Banbury.
At about 3.20pm on Saturday, a man threatened staff with what appeared to be a black handgun in Easington Post Office.
A quantity of cash was handed over to the gunman, who then made off on foot.
Danny Walsh, aged 25, of no fixed abode was yesterday arrested, and last night he was charged with one count of robbery and one count of possession of a firearm.
Walsh is due to appear at Banbury Magistrates' Court today.
