A NEW zebra crossing is to be installed near Wheatley Primary School at a cost of £40,000.
Oxfordshire County Council is paying for the crossing on Littleworth Road.
It is hoped the move will improve road safety and reduce the number of children travelling to school by car.
The crossing was installed after consultation with local residents, emergency services and parents.
