A lorry driver who denies causing death by dangerous driving appeared at Oxford Crown Court.
Malcolm and Janice Dowling and their children Richard, 16, and George, 11, from Staffordshire - died when their car collided with a lorry on the A34 near Oxford in July last year.
Ian King, 60, from Leicester, has denied four counts of death by dangerous driving. A date for trial is due to be set on June 27.
