KEEN to get involved in a triathlon but not sure about taking part?
Then why not volunteer to help out at the triathlon?
The event could not exist without the support of volunteers - and organisers say it is not too late to sign up.
Andy Taylor, of the Blenheim Triathlon team, said: "This is a great opportunity to be a part of the team and help deliver a world-class event. The volunteer roles are vital for an event of this stature and everybody gets the chance to be part of the action on the day.
"Volunteering is a great way to have fun, make friends and gain experience of large scale events - and you will struggle to find a nicer place in the UK to spend two days." He added: "Roles are varied. You could be directing athletes, helping in transition, supporting competitors on the run, providing information for spectators or handing out the all-important medals." Volunteers must be 16 years old.
In return, they will be given a limited edition T-shirt, food and refreshments throughout the day and an invitation to an event barbecue.
