A SPECTATOR who threw a flare during a match at the Kassam Stadium has had his sentencing adjourned.
Ewin Freeman appeared at Oxford Magistrates' Court today after admitting possessing a firework or flare at a sporting event and throwing a missile at spectators area on April 16.
The 22-year-old also admitted obstructing or resisting a constable in the execution of their duty on the same date.
His case was adjourned after magistrates decided to send the case for sentence at Oxford Crown Court, where he is due to appear on July 21.
Freeman, of Solway Road South, Luton, was released on bail but is prohibited from attending any football game in the UK.
