Michael Cross, 33, of Cornish Road, Chipping Norton, admitted driving without insurance in High Street, Chipping Norton, on October 17 last year. Benjamin Church, 26, of Hill Crescent, Finstock, admitted using threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress, in Gloucester Green, Oxford, on March 13. Michael Dunsdon, 61, of Dolphin Cottage, Wantage Road, Rowstock, Didcot, admitted assaulting Theresa Austin by beating her in Didcot on April 5. Handed a community order with a 25-day programme requirement and a rehabilitation activity requirement. Ordered to pay a £60 victim surcharge.

Craig Dwyer, 29, of Hamble Road, Didcot, admitted harassing Beverley Burns by continuously sending her test messages, making phone calls and going to her home in Goldsmiths Lane, Wallingford, after being told not to do so by her and police between April 11 and May 9. Handed a community order, with a rehabilitation activity requirement. Also handed a restraining order and ordered to pay an £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Yasin Hamid, 19, of Oxford Road, Cowley, Oxford, admitted assaulting Lorna Keaton by beating her at The Hamptons Hotel, Oxford, on March 13. Handed a community order, with a 24-day programme requirement and a rehabilitation activity requirement. Also ordered to pay a £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Neil Chalmers, 35, of Mill Street, Wantage, admitted speeding at 56mph in a 40mph zone on the A34 Northbound on June 9 last year. Fined £100 and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with four points.

BANBURY

Jonathan Bentley, 32, of no fixed abode, admitted stealing alcohol worth £152 belonging to Sainsbury's in Bicester on March 14 this year. Also admitted stealing an unknown quantity of alcohol from Sainsbury's in Bicester on April 9 this year. Handed a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £20 victim surcharge and £207 compensation.

Marian Birsanu, 28, of Fosse Road North, Leicester, admitted driving a Ford Transit van without due care and attention on the A34 near Bicester on February 4 this year. Handed a £100 fine and ordered to pay £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Also had his driving licence endorsed with six points. 

Nicola Denise Dixon, 50, of Marsh Lane, Witney, admitted drink driving a car in the Tesco car park in Welch Way, Witney, on March 2 this year. Had 127 microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the 35 microgramme limit. Handed a community order with 180 hours' unpaid work. Also ordered to pay £60 victim surcharge and £400 costs. Also banned from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months.

Wayne Haines, 52, of Cawley Road, Twyford, Banbury, admitted drink driving a Fiat Punto in Cawley Road, Twyford, Banbury, on May 6 this year. Had 93 microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above 35 microgramme limit. Handed a £140 fine and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Also banned from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 24 months.
John James, 25, of Clover Place, Eynsham, admitted possessing a controlled drug of Class B, namely 11 clear plastic bags containing 8.22g of cannabis, at his home in Clover Place, Eynsham, on November 27 last year. Handed a community order with 150 hours' unpaid work and ordered to pay £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Jordan Skipp, 23, of Park Road, Witney, admitted breaching a non-molestation order made by Oxford Family Court in April this year by approaching and walking alongside Rachel Bisson and trying to communicate with her on May 11 this year. Handed a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Matthew Smith, 18, of Chedworth Drive, Witney, admitted possessing a controlled drug of Class A, namely cocaine, in Witney on May 7 this year. Handed a £200 fine and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Melanie Willis, 38, of Purnell Walk, Aylesbury, admitted stealing an Aqua One Nano CO2 set worth £62.99 belonging to World of Water, in Bicester Avenue, Bicester, on April 3 this year. Handed an £80 fine and ordered to pay £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Jennifer McKie, 31, of Fritwell Road, Fewcott, admitted stealing eight DVDs worth £38 belonging to Sainsbury's in Oxford Road, Banbury, on May 8 this year. Also admitted commissioning a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge imposed by Oxfordshire Magistrates' Court in January this year for two counts of stealing DVDs from the WH Smith in Banbury in September last year and January this year. Handed a community order with a nine-month drug rehabilitation requirement and rehabilitation activity requirement of up to 20 days. Also ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge and £40 costs.

Emily Rippington, 20, of Mayfield Close, Carterton, admitted disclosing a private sexual photograph or film without the consent of a man on January 14 this year with intent to cause him distress. Handed a £100 fine and a restraining order banning her from contacting her victim. Also ordered to pay £300 compensation, £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Christopher Wallace, 31, of Usher Drive, Banbury, admitted assaulting Vanessa Wallace by beating her in Banbury on May 2 this year. Handed a community order with a rehabilitation activity requirement of up to 30 days. Also ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Mary Jones, 73, of Wychwood Close, Milton-Under-Wychwood, admitted assaulting Morris Jones by beating him in Milton-Under-Wychwood on May 11 this year. Also admitted assaulting Morris Jones by beating him in Milton-Under-Wychwood on May 9 this year. Handed a community order with an alcohol treatment requirement for six months and a rehabilitation activity requirement of up to 10 days. Also handed a restraining order banning her from contacting Morris Jones and ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge and £40 costs.
