Eight licensed premises across Oxfordshire have been caught in sting operation selling alcohol to underage drinkers.
Police sent youngsters under the age of 18-years-old to test purchase in 46 pubs, clubs and off-licences in the county.
They were turned away from 38 of them, but eight licensed premises served alcohol illegally.
The test purchasing scheme is part of a year long campaign by police and South Central NHS to highlight the dangers of alcohol and encourage sensible drinking.
The licensed premises face either an £80 fixed penalty notice or a £5,000 court fine.
