Who at the county council came up with such a ludicrous idea of filling in the subways in London Road at Headington, Oxford, the only safe way of crossing that road, especially by wheelchair users, the disabled, blind and mothers with pushchairs?
How many more idiotic schemes are they going to think up to waste taxpayers' money?
If a petition was started against this scheme, I would be one of the first to sign.
