First Great Western has fared poorly in official statistics for punctuality and reliability.
Now rail passengers have had their say - and their verdict is none too complimentary.
According to a survey by Passenger Focus, the commuters' watchdog, the company which runs trains through the Thames Valley has failed to improve in any aspect this year.
Many of its customers have been upset by fare increases, cuts in services and a bizarre system of paying for parking at Oxford station.
It is not proving to be a good year for First Great Western.
