A DAD who was involved in a three-car crash on the A34 with his wife and two young children was taken to hospital.
The man suffered minor neck pain consistent with whiplash after the crash between two vans and a car at the Wendlebury Interchange this evening.
David Gallagher, spokesman for South Central Ambulance Service, said: "We were called at 8.36pm to reports of a three-vehicle crash.
"One male patient with neck pain was taken to Horton General Hospital in Banbury in a non-emergency ambulance. His wife and two young kids went with him but did not have any injuries."
Traffic was slow approaching the accident which partially blocked the northbound lane, but has since cleared.
There were severe tailbacks to the B430 slip road.
