A street trader has been charged with illegally peddling goods in Oxford city centre.
Hassam Hajyahya, 35, was arrested on Friday after complaints from traders about a stall selling scarves in Cornmarket Street, Oxford.
Police today charged Hajyahya, of Victoria Road in Barnet, with engaging in street trading without being authorised to do so.
He has been released by police on bail to appear at Oxford Magistrates' Court on June 8.
