A man suffered a five inch cut to his face after he was attacked with a glass.
The incident happened in Laburnham Grove, Didcot, at about 8.30pm on Friday The 23-year-old victim was taken to the John Radcliffe Hospital with what police describe as "serious facial injuries". He also suffered cuts to his chin and neck and is now recovering at home after surgery.
A 28-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of GBH and has been bailed until 13 July.
Dc Deborah Goff, of Didcot police said: "This was a serious incident which has left the victim with serious cuts to his face. If you saw what happened or have any information then please contact me."
