A MOTORIST caught by police allegedly driving at 172mph in Oxfordshire is due in court this week.
Timothy Brady, 33, has been charged with aggravated taking of a vehicle without consent, driving with no insurance, taking a vehicle without consent, dangerous driving and driving with excess speed.
Brady, of Earls Crescent, in Harrow, Middlesex, was clocked by police driving a Porsche on the A420 at Kingston Bagpuize on January 27.
Brady is due to appear at Oxford Magistrates' Court on Friday.
