THE team behind the Abingdon, Wantage, Wallingford and Didcot Heralds are very excited to announce a complete relaunch of the series this week.

After months of work, Wednesday's papers look fresher, more colourful and have dozens of new features.

Didcot Railway Centre's Ann Middleton, Abingdon taxi driver and twitter king Colin Dobson and Wantage housing campaign queen Julie Mabberley are among our new columnists.

Oxford Mail:

For the very first time, our local MPs Ed Vaizey and Nicola Blackwood will be writing exclusive columns just for Herald readers about their work in Parliament and the work they are doing for you - the people who vote for them.

In our features section we have a new column from Oxfordshire farming co-operative Cultivate and a new local pub grub guide by our own reporter Sophie Grubb.

We have also got new gardening, family and TV and cinema features.

Oxford Mail:

All-new designs across the board make the pages look as good as the reporting that goes into them, giving our stories the look and feel they deserve.

And all of this extra material comes at the exact same price.

We feel that the team currently putting together the Herald Series week after week is stronger now than it has ever been, and their work deserves the best-looking paper we could make.

Oxford Mail:

We are hugely proud of the new look, we can't wait for you to see it and we hope you like it as much as we do.
