A 23-year-old man will appear in court accused of carrying out an armed robbery.
Miroslaw Mrowiec, 23, of Newland Road, Banbury was charged today with robbery and possession of a firearm with intent to cause fear or violence.
The charges relate to an alleged armed raid at Morrisons supermarket on Swan Close Road in Banbury yesterday.
Mrowiec has been remanded in custody and will appear at Banbury Magistrates' Court tomorrow.
