TEENAGER Nicholas Hendon - once described as Bicester's biggest troublemaker - has had his jail sentence overturned and antisocial behaviour order (Asbo) shortened.
Hendon, 14, of Chalvery Road, was locked up for four months by Banbury Youth Court last month after he admitted breaching his three-year Asbo twice.
But Judge Bruce McIntyre, sitting at Oxford Crown Court on Friday, agreed to an appeal from Hendon's barrister, William Smout, that the sentence be revoked.
Mr Smout said the sentence was a "clear deprivation of his (Hendon's) liberties".
Judge McIntyre shortened the Asbo by one year and made a supervision order for 12 months.
