Thieves helped themselves to diesel to fill up two tractors before stealing them from a farm.
The tractors were stolen from a farm shop in Milton Hill, Abingdon between 10pm on Thursday and 7.30am today.
The two blue Ford New Holland tractors worth a total of £21,000 were filled up with on-site diesel and stolen then driven through farmland towards Rowstock roundabout.
Pc Emma McGrath said: "These tractors may have ben driven a long distance, which is why they were filled with diesel, or loaded onto a low-loader."
One tractor has registration plate M641 KHO while the second is M841 MCF.
Anyone who spotted the tractors should contact police on 08458 505505 or anonymously to Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
