A fatberg in Park End Street, Oxford
THE “fatberg” problem is clearly real. However, there is a complementary problem for residents.
How can domestic users of cooking oils and fats dispose of them when they are not longer worth using, except by flushing them away? They can be emulsified with detergent, but that might create another problem.
