TRAFFIC is slow-moving between Shillingford and Wallingford due to flooding on the road.
Taxi driver Colin Dobson said deep water on the left side of Shillingford Road towards Wallingford was causing delays.
He said: "As you come down the hill towards Shillingford Bridge Hotel there's lots of water, it's a big problem. It's significant because it's a main road.
"The water on the left hand side is so deep that all traffic is having to pass on the right hand side of the road."
The Environmental Agency released a floor alert yesterday for the River Thames in Oxfordshire, including in Shillingford.
