Three men have pleaded guilty at Oxford Crown Court to a number of drugs offences.
The three men were arrested on June 12 last year following the execution of a warrant under the Misuse of Drugs Act in Moor Avenue, Witney.
Anthony Williams, 34, from Luther Street, Oxford, pleaded guilty on December 7 to one count of possession with intent to supply class A drugs (heroin), one count of possession with intent to supply class A drugs (cocaine) and one count of possession of cannabis.
Thames Valley Police said Williams was sentenced on the same day to three years and six months’ imprisonment for one count of possession with intent to supply class A drugs (heroin) and one count of possession with intent to supply class A drugs (cocaine) to run concurrently, and two months' imprisonment for the possession of cannabis, also to run concurrently.
Dzung Nguyen, aged 22, of no fixed abode, pleaded guilty on December 7 to one count of possession of class A drugs (cocaine). He was sentenced on the same day to eight months’ imprisonment.
Richard Punton, 39, from Moor Avenue, Witney, pleaded guilty on December 7 to one count of possession of class A drugs (heroin) and one count of possession of class A drugs (cocaine).
He is due to be sentenced on January 8.
Speaking following the conviction Det Con Adrian Brooksbank, from Local CID Witney, said: "A significant quantity of class A drugs was recovered and therefore removed from our streets, making the area safer for local people.
"Thames Valley Police will take seriously all reports of drugs activity and these will be thoroughly investigated and brought to justice.
"Those that are guilty will be dealt with and face imprisonment."
