Kyle Martin, 22, of Cuckoo Wood Farm, Eynsham Road, Freeland, admitted possessing cannabis, a Class B drug, in Kirtlington on November 6. Also admitted driving on Northbrook, Kidlington, without a licence or insurance on the same day. Fined £380 and ordered to pay a £180 criminal courts charge, a £30 victims’ surcharge and licence endorsed with six points.

Jessy Hook, 25, of Kingsclere Road, Bicester, admitted assaulting Pc Griffiths in the execution of her duty at G’s Wine Bar in Deans Court, Bicester, on August 30. Given a 24-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £200 compensation, a £15 victims’ surcharge, £200 costs and a £150 criminal courts charge.

Krystian Dymitrowicz, 34, of Bampton, was convicted of failing to provide Thames Valley Police with information which could potentially identify a driver suspected of a motoring offence in Banbury between January 9 and February 6. Fined £325 and ordered to pay a £33 victims’ surcharge and £100 costs. Driving licence endorsed with six points.

Mark Abrahamis, 48, of Long Fielding Close, Hanwell Fields, near Banbury, admitted keeping an unlicensed vehicle on Overthrope Road, Banbury, on June 22. Fined £295 and ordered to pay £143.34 vehicle excise back duty, £90 costs and a £150 criminal courts charge.

David Bonner, of Donnington Bridge Road, Oxford, was convicted of keeping an unlicensed vehicle on Donnington Bridge Road on July 13. Fined £220 and ordered to pay £37.50 vehicle excise back duty, £90 costs and a £150 criminal courts charge.
