The stunning parkland and exquisite formal gardens at Blenheim Palace have so much to offer, that special garden tours are being held monthly from May to October.
From the ornate fountains in the Water Terraces and Lakeside Walks to the elegant Rose Garden and recently restored Secret Garden, there is something for anyone with a love of gardens and gardening.
Gardening enthusiasts will get a fascinating insight into the Formal Gardens as they are now and were in years gone by. The day begins at 10.30am with coffee and biscuits in the Terrace Café, followed by a two-hour tour with one of our garden experts, Nigel Benfield. The tour covers the South Lawn, Secret Garden and Rose Garden with a talk on the developments of the Water Terraces given by resident archivist John Forster.
Special garden tours starts at 10.30am on the following dates: May 11, June 22, July 20, August 17, September 21, October 19.
