Children at an Oxford primary school had a lucky escape this afternoon after a car crashed through the school's fence.
Pupils at Pegasus Primary School in Blackbird Leys were in the playground when the incident happened but no-one was hurt.
The car crashed through the fence shortly after 1pm and police, fire crews and paramedics were quickly on the scene.
Pegasus headteacher Jill Hudson said no children had been injured and school had continued as usual.
She said: "The kids were fantastic. What happened I don't know, that is for the police to deal with."
