FORMULA Renault UK front-runner Will Bratt secured his first podium of the 2007 season at Rockingham on Sunday after making an outstanding start from the third row of the grid during the first of the day's two championship races.
The 18-year-old Adderbury driver moved from fifth on the grid to finish third, mainly thanks to an electric getaway.
But Bratt needed plenty of resolve to fend off some serious challenges. Unfortunately for Bratt and the Apotex Scorpio team, he was forced out of the second race by an over-zealous passing attempt by Alexander Sims.
