THINGS subverting ideas; Africa in the British Museum, is the subject of a lecture at the Said Business School.
It will look at the impact of new objects arriving from sub-Saharan Africa throughout the 20th century and how they changed British interpretations of African culture.
The free lecture, by British Museum director Neil MacGregor, takes place tomorrow, starting at 6.30pm.
