Buskers fines rules discussed by councillors
Rules to fine buskers were discussed by councillors last night.
Oxford City Council wants to bring in a Public Space Protection Order (PSPO) to tackle anti-social behaviour. Campaigners have criticised the order and petitions have been launched to fight it.
