ENGINEERING inspectors are riding on board recently re-engined First Great Western Inter City 125 high-speed trains after three power cars caught fire within a month, including one at Didcot Parkway station.
Hundreds of passengers were evacuated from a Swansea to London express on February 3.
The power car affected was involved in a second blaze later in the month and was sent for repairs to Brush Engineering.
