A MAN was cut out of his car by firefighters after it overturned on the M40 near Banbury.
The accident happened at shortly after 1pm yesterday and police, fire and ambulance were called to the scene.
A red Mondeo car, which was travelling south between junction 11 and junction 10, was on its roof on the embankment just before the sliproad to junction 10.
