Traffic heavy on A34 northbound following crash near Islip turn
Traffic is heavy near Kidlington following an accident on the A34.
One lane has been closed on the A34 northbound near the B4027 Islip turn and congestion is tailing back to the A44 Woodstock Road at the Peartree interchange.
Police are reported to be at the scene.
South Central Ambulance spokeswoman Michelle Archer said: "Two patients have beena assessed and treated at the scene for possible back injuries.
"They have been taken to the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford."
