THE trial of two youths accused of murdering an Oxfordshire businessman has been switched from Oxford to London.
James Diggins, 19, of Caversham Park Village, Reading, and Kes Ingoldsby, 18, of Wargrave Road, Henley, will face trial at Inner London Crown Court, next month.
The decision was made by Mr Justice Calvert-Smith at the Old Bailey today following representation by lawyers.
They are accused of murdering Stephen Langford, 43, who died from severe head injuries in December, last year, after he was attacked in Henley.
