I WAS interested to read about people’s complaints about the house on the hill, as I’ve started to call it. I live in Bayworth, the neighbouring village to Sunningwell.
I think the building is beautiful and have been wondering where it had appeared from, as I started to notice it on my drive back into the village.
I have often thought of walking up to take a better look. It may have looked like a building site to people closer, but it cannot be any worse than the constant digging up of the roads over the past few weeks to put faster broadband in.
I have heard no complaints about that, because I’m sure they will be using it.
As someone who has had a lot of work done right outside my house, I’m not even having it. It is well out of my price range.
Why hide a beautiful house behind hedges? I do think some people have nothing better to do but complain.
