As well as items and documents being seized, four men were arrested: three men from Oxford, aged 77, 66 and 37, and a 33-year-old from Banbury.
They are all currently in custody.
Police spokeswoman Connie Primmer said: "Around 40 police officers and ten Trading Standards officers attended five residential addresses in Oxford and Banbury.
"The warrants were executed as part of a joint enforcement operation.
"The co-operation and patience of residents while officers continue to carry out enquiries in relation to the alleged offences is much appreciated."
