POLICE have carried out drugs warrants in the Henley area as part of their commitment to reduce drug-related crime.

A woman was arrested on March 16 on suspicion of possession of Class-A and C drugs at an address in The Close. She has been bailed pending further enquiries.

A man was arrested on suspicion of possession of a Class-B drug at an address in Luker Avenue and has been bailed. Drugs paraphernalia was also seized by police.

On Thursday, a warrant was executed in Reading Road. A number of cannabis plants were seized and a man was arrested on suspicion of possession of a Class-C drug and cultivation and bailed pending further enquiries.

Sgt Keith Stacey said: "This is part of our ongoing work to disrupt illegal drug activity and associated crimes."

"We will continue to carry out drugs warrants in the area and anyone found in possession of drugs or dealing drugs will face arrest and serious charges."
