Oxfordshire returned to the top of Division 2 of the Inter-Counties League - without a dart being thrown.

And they will look to extend their advantage when they host Norfolk this weekend.

They retook top spot when the BDO upheld a complaint from the Oxfordshire committee about Somerset playing two illegible players.

So instead of Somerset winning the match, the result was revised to a draw and they were docked four points for breaking the rules.

This puts Oxfordshire two points clear at the top.

This weekend they play host to Norfolk at their new venue, the Morris Motors Sports and Social Club, with Saturday's and Sunday's action due to start at midday.
