BOAT users in Oxfordshire will be given advice on recycling schemes and preventing fires as part of National Boat Safety Week.
Oxfordshire County Council's waste management team has joined forces with the county's firefighters.
During National Boat Safety Week, from March 26-30, they will visit around 700 boats in the county.
Oxfordshire Fire and Rescue Service will use its own boat to reach boat users on lakes and rivers where firefighters will deliver waste recycling packs and provide fire risk assessments.
Together with waste management staff they will offer advice and answer questions.
