Rob Hoskin hit a four-timer as Vale of White Horse Under 15s came back from the dead to beat Aldershot & District 5-3 in an amazing Wright Cup quarter-final at Milton United.
It looked all over for Vale when Aldershot led 3-1 going into the last minute.
But then Danny Lewis's effort hit the bar, and Hoskin nodded home the rebound.
And, in the fourth and last minute of stoppage time, Leon Blackmore curled the equaliser over the Aldershot keeper to send the game into extra time.
Hoskin completed his hat-trick to give Vale the lead, scoring from a narrow angle, and he added another from close range two minutes later.
There was further drama With seven minutes left an Aldershot player hurt his neck after falling awkwardly following a collision with one of his own players.
A long delay followed while an ambulance was called, but when play resumed Vale held on comfortably, with the match ending after 10pm.
Hoskin had opened the scoring following a corner.
But Aldershot equalised early in the second half, before going 3-1 ahead with two superb strikes.
However, Vale dug deep to stage a remarkable revival and now await to see who they will face in the last four next month.
