POLICE today appealed for help in tracing the last movements of 47-year-old Barry Thomas, who was found dead in his van, parked in the Spiceball Car Park, Banbury.
The death is not being treated as suspicious. A post-mortem examination has been carried out and results of toxicology tests are awaited.
He had not been seen at his home address in Winters Way, Bloxham, since Wednesday, March 7, and was found dead on Friday, March 9.
Det Sgt Chris Whitwell, from Banbury CID, said: "We would like to hear from anyone who may have seen him during this period, so that we can piece together his last movements.
He was driving a red Citroen van, with the registration W532 XUD.
"If anyone may have seen the van parked up or driving around, they should please get in touch."
