Jenson Button is looking forward to returning to the circuit where he began his Formula One career when the 2007 season gets under way at Melbourne's Albert Park on Sunday.

The Honda driver burst on to the scene at the Australian Grand Prix seven years ago and enjoyed an impressive debut season with the Williams team.

And Button is relishing a return to the track as he looks to add a second career victory after capturing the Hungarian GP in August last year.

"Obviously Melbourne is a very special place for me as the circuit where I made my F1 debut," he said.

"But it's more than just the race track in Albert Park. I love the very special atmosphere of the city, both in its own right and from the sheer buzz involved in being at the first race of the season.

"The setting of the circuit is also one of the best on the calendar."

Button is hoping he can carry last year's success into this season as he begins his second year with Honda, who were the only top-four team to retain both drivers and staff over the winter.
