A MAN sexually assaulted two teenage girls on their way to school.

At about 8.35am on Monday four teenage girls were walking to school when they saw a man acting suspiciously in the bushes in Wootton Road, Henley.

The man grabbed two of the girls and touched them. The girls pushed him away and ran away from him.

The man was white, in his mid thirties, with tanned skin. He was wearing a blue baseball cap, a hooded sweatshirt, blue or grey trousers and trainers. He was carrying a rolled up magazine in his hand.

Det Con Georgina Bradley, investigating the incident, said: "The girls did exactly the right thing and ran away quickly from this man to raise the alarm. We are now doing everything we can to find and arrest him.

"We are appealing to anyone who may have been in the area of Wootton Road, St Andrews Road or Greys Road around this time. They may have witnessed the incident or seen someone acting suspiciously. I would ask anyone with any information to please get in touch."
