TWO people have been charged this morning with slavery and fraud offences.
Christopher Joyce, 81, of Redbridge Hollow, Old Abingdon Road, Oxford, and Mary Joyce, 59, of Redbridge Hollow, Old Abingdon Road, Oxford, have both been charged with several counts.

They have been charged with one count of conspiracy to hold another person in slavery/servitude, which relates to offences between April 6, 2010 February 9, 2015 in Oxford or elsewhere.
They have also been charged with one count of conspiracy to require another person to perform forced labour, which relates to offences between April 6 2010 and February 9 in Oxford or elsewhere.
And they have been charged with one count of conspiracy to defraud, between April 2, 2002 and February 9.
The charges relate to one victim.
Joyce and Joyce are due to appear at Oxford Magistrates' Court this morning.
On Thursday about 150 officers raided a dozen homes in dawn raids as part of Operation Rague, an investigation into human exploitation, slavery and fraud.
Eight people were arrested at Redbridge Hollow, one man was arrested in Blackbird Leys, and another man in the Rose Hill area.
