A WORKSHOP discussing the importance of customary Muslim female dress is being held tomorrow.
The Muslim Educational Centre of Oxford (Meco) is holding the workshop, Hijab, Jilbab and Niqab, Intrinsic or Incidental to Islamic Text?, at Wolfson College, in Linton Road, North Oxford.
The workshop, which is open to Muslims and non-Muslims, aims to discuss theological texts and religious writings which relate to what women should wear.
The workshop will be held between 10am and 5pm and costs £20 per person including an information pack, lunch, and other refreshments.
