A man has been arrested in connection with one of a series of attacks on women on a stretch of towpath in the centre of Oxford.
Adam Richens, 19, from Abingdon Road in Oxford, has been charged with robbery and possession of cannabis and will appear before Oxford magistrates on Thursday, March 15.
Richens is charged in connection with an incident on the towpath between Folly Bridge and the Oxford University boathouses on February 24.
A 27-year-old woman was grabbed around the neck from behind by a man with a baseball bat, stick or club.
