A gang of youths is believed to have gone on a wrecking spree in Kennington, Oxford, causing hundreds of pounds of damage to nine cars.
Windows were smashed and wing mirrors broken overnight between Saturday and Sunday in The Avenue, Kennington Road and Lower Radley caravan site.
A gang of five youngsters wearing hoodies were seen running from Lower Radley Caravan Park at about 1.30am.
Pc Maria Morrisey said: "This is an unusual spate of damage for the area and appears to be mindless vandalism caused by a group of youths.
"We are stepping up patrols in the area and carrying out a thorough investigation of these incidents and need your help to catch these youths before they cause more damage."
