A MOTHER attacked another woman who asked her 'have you had your baby yet?', 11 months after she had given birth.
Stephanie Silver, 22, launched the attack in a kebab shop, biting her victim on the breast and hitting her with the heel of her shoe last July, Oxford Crown Court was told.
Silver, of Hampden Close, Banbury, admitted affray.
Kate Mallinson, prosecuting, said: "(The victim) met the defendant in the kebab shop and the matter started by (the victim) saying to the defendant 'have you had your baby yet?'.
"Whether this was a genuine mistake, or a comment about Miss Silver's figure is difficult to say."
Judge David Morton Jack sentenced Silver on to 200 hours' community service.
